Orders
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as quickly as you can. Orders move into fulfillment shortly after they're placed, so we can't guarantee changes once processing has started. Contact us.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive an order confirmation email at checkout. If you have that email, your order is with us.
Where is my order confirmation?
Check the inbox for the email address you used at checkout, including spam and promotions folders. If it still hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll look it up.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free shipping over $49 in Canada & the US. Orders under $49 pay a flat rate, shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days before heading to the carrier. More detail on shipping & delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once tracking becomes available, we send it to the email used for your order. Tracking can take a little time to start updating after the carrier receives the package.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Some products are fulfilled separately, so an order can arrive in more than one parcel with more than one tracking number.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays happen occasionally. If tracking hasn't updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Returns
What if my toy arrives damaged?
Start a return request within 30 days of delivery and tell us what happened. Start a return.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return after approval. Start a return request before sending anything back, and note that return shipping may be your responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Do I need to send a damaged product back?
We'll let you know after reviewing your request. Please don't send anything back before receiving return instructions from Little Ideas.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Age guidance varies by product. Please follow the age information listed on each product page.
Are Little Ideas toys Montessori?
Little Ideas isn't a Montessori-only store. Some products may be Montessori-inspired where appropriate, while others focus on creativity, building, sensory exploration or imaginative play.
How do you choose products?
We look for toys that give children something to begin with — something to build, draw, solve, change or imagine — while leaving enough room for them to make the play their own. More in our story.
Glow Buddy
How does Glow Buddy work?
The included Light Pen activates the glow surface wherever it passes, allowing children to create bright drawings and patterns without traditional ink or paint. See it in action on the Glow Buddy page.
Is there anything to clean up?
No markers, no paint, no cleanup. The surface simply returns to plain fabric, ready for the next drawing.
