This website is operated by Little Ideas. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "Little Ideas" refer to Little Ideas. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Checkout, payment and order management are provided through Shopify. Shopify's own terms also apply to that part of your purchase.

You must be the age of majority in your province, state or country to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Our products are sold for personal, non- commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Photography and illustrations are intended to represent the product, but colours can appear differently between screens and small variations in handmade or fabric items are normal.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in error, involve a pricing mistake, or exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it.

Payment is collected at checkout by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Orders may enter fulfillment shortly after they're placed, so changes and cancellations can't always be made once processing begins.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing and events outside our control. See shipping & delivery for current timeframes.

Our returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms. Please start a return request before sending anything back so we can give you the correct instructions.

Promotions, discount codes and offers may be limited in time, quantity or eligibility, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or corrected if they were published in error.

The Little Ideas name, wordmark, site design, written content, photography and illustrations are owned by Little Ideas or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.

When using this website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulation
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the site or its security
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or data from the site
• upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others

We rely on third parties including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or websites you reach through links from this site.

Occasionally information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

To the extent permitted by law, Little Ideas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from the purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including implied warranties that cannot be excluded.

Toys should be used as intended and with adult supervision where the product's age guidance indicates it. Please follow the age information and any safety notes provided with each product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
