Shipping, without the guessing.
Here's what happens after you place an order and what you can expect while it's on the way.
Shipping cost
Free shipping over $49 in Canada & the US. Orders under $49 pay a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout along with any duties or taxes that apply.
Order processing
Every order is prepared before it leaves for the carrier. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery estimates
Once an order is on its way, current estimates are:
- United States — about 9 days
- Canada and the rest of the world — about 14 days
Delivery times can vary by product and destination. The estimate shown during checkout is the best place to see what applies to your order.
Following your order
Once tracking becomes available, we'll send it to the email used for your order. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier first receives the package.
More than one parcel
If your order contains products fulfilled separately, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. Each parcel arrives on its own schedule.
Something taking longer than expected?
Carrier delays occasionally happen. If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusual amount of time or your package appears to be missing, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Shipping addresses
Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice a mistake afterward, contact us immediately. We can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
International orders
We ship beyond Canada. Depending on the destination, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by local authorities on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
