Returns & refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, start a return request within 30 days of delivery.

This covers situations where:

• an item arrives damaged
• an item appears defective
• the wrong item or variant arrives
• part of your order is missing

We'll ask for a few details and may request photos so we can understand what happened. Depending on the issue, we'll work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund. We'll let you know if the item needs to be returned — please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return after approval. Start a return request before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Return shipping may be your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. No package should be mailed until Little Ideas has approved the return and given you instructions.

A small number of items can't be returned once they've been opened or used. Where an exclusion applies to a product, it is noted on that product's page and confirmed during the return review.

Gift cards, where offered, are non-returnable.

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit on your account.

Contact us as quickly as possible. Orders can move into fulfillment quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has started.
